Creating your own Delta Force The IITC team led a $3 million US Air Force project to create change management tools. Out of this project came an understanding of the role and characteristics of change agents, those individuals within an organization who make a difference. The effective organization will understand how to select, groom, and prepare its next generation of leaders.
